Why would I use Vinyl Decoration
Decorating with vinyl is a convenient, cost effective, and professional looking process for preparing uniforms or sports club merchandise.
Vinyl offers an excellent alternative to embroidery for larger designs.
Your lettering or design is computer cut from thermo plastic vinyl sheeting. Becuse it is computer cut, we can produce just about any design you require.
It is not messy, and it does not shrink, crack or fade.
Your vinyl logo will typically outlast your garments.To set-up your artwork is cheap, fast and easy. We WONT use precut numbering.
We use only the highest quality PolyFlex vinyl for your garments.
Applying Vinyl Decoration
Vinyl is applied typically using a commercial heat press at high temperature and pressure. While it is possible to use a domestic iron,
we strongly recommend against that, as it is not possible to generate the consistent high temperature and pressure for the time required
to achieve good bonding.
Artwork
Camera ready artwork provides the best image for vinyl cutting. We are able to take a hand drawn image and reproduce it,
but there may be an additional artwork charge.
Caring for vinyl printed garments
Turn the garment inside-out for washing and ironing - use a gentle warm wash. We recommend that you do not use tumble drying with vinyl.
NEVER iron directly on the vinyl. Iron the reverse side only, on a gentle heat
