How long before I get my order?
This really is a "how long is a piece of string" question.
Generally, allow 1 week for unbranded garments. (ie no embroidery or screenprinting).
Allow 2 - 3 weeks if you require your garments to be embroidered, printed or vinyl pressed.
Also, be sure to allow adequate time for shipping. We use a combination of Couriers and Australia Post (registered mail), and
postage to some outlying areas may take 5 days or more.
Be sure to let us know if you have a deadline you must meet!!
Your first order can take between 2-4 weeks. Every order there after should only take between 7-14 working days.
* Please note that we can place jobs as priorities and can process them quicker should you have a deadline.
* This time line is subject to change without notice, and production times should be checked for every order as outside influences (eg supplier difficulties) can cause unforseen delays.
How long before my backorder is filled
Unfortunately, backorders are a fact of life in the garment industry. There is no hard and fast rule regarding backorders. Sometimes they can be supplied in just a few days, and at the
other extreme, garments can be on back order for some weeks. If there is going to be an appreciable delay, we will contact you and you will have the choice of changing your garments (colours, styles etc),
or cancelling the remaining order.

PLEASE let us know if your order is urgent. We will do eveything we can to push your order through quickly (extra fees may apply for expedited shipping etc).
