Silkscreen printing offers a good alternative to embroidery for larger designs. Screen printing has advantages as it is known for crisp colors
and is ideal for large print quantities. Because set-up costs are higher, there is often a minimum order quantity for screen printing.
Using silkscreen printing for promotional products or garments provides an affordable sales and marketing tool.
We dont screenprint less than 25 garments. If you want to decorate less than 10 garments, we recommend vinyl decorations and/or embroidery
Artwork
Camera ready artwork provides the best image for silkscreen printing. We are able to take a hand drawn image and reproduce it for screen printing, but there will an additional artwork charge.
Prices
The cost of screen printing is based on the number of colors in a design and the quantity being printed at one time.
Every color that is laid down on the T-shirt requires a screen. The more colors, the more screens. The more screens, the more cost to set up the order.
The greater the quantity of garments printed at one time, the lower the price.
There is a one-time screen set-up fee for each color of the design.
Caring for silkscreen printed garments
To prolong the life of screen printing, we recommend turning the item inside-out during washing and drying.
Do not iron directly on the screenprinting. Iron the reverse side only, on a gentle heat
